Payment Terms

All coaching fees are to be paid upfront. Flexible payment plans may be arranged on request, subject to approval.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee.

Code of Conduct

We uphold professional conduct in all interactions. Respect, honesty, and open communication are key values in our coaching approach.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, resources, and methodologies shared during coaching sessions are intellectual property of Dorian and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of Liability

Dorian is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the client's actions or decisions. Coaching is a collaborative process, and ultimate responsibility rests with the client.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate coaching services with a written notice. Refunds for unused sessions will be provided as per the agreement.
